Rotary club of Worcester held their annual Golf Day on the 1st of December 2023. The theme for this event was Christmas and a lot of hype was created beforehand. Rotarian Leonie and partner Mark convened the day and they really brought a lot of festive cheer to it. Table decor had Christmas trees, Christmas crackers and fairy lights and the venue looked absolutely amazing!
Despite very bad wind, the players were treated with a lot of wet holes to get them in a party mood. The roving wethole included one of Santa’s Elves and The Grinch. The prize giving and steak dinner was made even better by the band “Die Kaapse Affodille” entertaining everyone.
The team who came first, received amazing David Reade Glass Art trophies, along with some other great prizes. Guests supported the club by also supporting the auction in the evening.
