On 23 January, the Rotary Club of Worcester hosted another outstanding and unforgettable Golf Day – filled with sunshine, smiles, island magic and what a day it was!
Our theme was Island Style, inspired by the word ALOHA – a Hawaiian greeting meaning love, peace, compassion and joyful togetherness. And that spirit was felt from the first tee to the final putt.
Players enjoyed a full course experience, complete with exciting wet holes, brilliant sunshine, and an atmosphere bursting with fun. The course transformed into an island paradise with pineapples on tables, neon glasses, colourful garlands, balloons, inflatable swimming décor and live music adding rhythm to every swing.
Thanks to phenomenal teamwork by our Rotary members, everything ran like clockwork – from registration to prize-giving. The day ended on a high note with outstanding prizes and a scrumptious steak meal that brought everyone together in true Rotary fellowship.
