The Rotary Club of Worcester is proud to announce the official induction and chartering of the Interact Club of Worcester Gymnasium, a significant milestone for youth leadership and service in our town.
Interact is Rotary International’s high school service programme, designed to develop leadership skills, encourage social responsibility and empower young people to make a positive impact in their communities. The Worcester Gymnasium Interact Club will be led by its own directorate, including a President, and will operate in collaboration with its sponsor club, the Rotary Club of Worcester.
This charter represents the culmination of nine years of dedication and perseverance, making the moment especially meaningful. The partnership between Rotary and Interact allows for mutual support, with Rotary guiding and mentoring the learners, while Interactors actively participate in Rotary projects and lead initiatives of their own.
With its official charter in place, the Worcester Gymnasium Interact Club begins its journey as a platform for leadership, service and meaningful action. This partnership ensures that the spirit of Rotary will live on through the next generation of changemakers.
