In the wake of the recent devastating storm that tore through Worcester and surrounding areas — bringing gale-force winds of up to 120km/h, relentless rain, flooding, and widespread power and water outages — the true spirit of community rose to the surface.
The Rotary Club of Worcester is proud to have joined hands with the Ladies Circle Worcester in a collaborative relief effort aimed at supporting those most affected.
With certain areas cut off and many families left without basic necessities, urgent action was needed. Through this partnership, essential items were sourced and delivered to our local fire brigade, who played a critical role in ensuring these supplies reached communities in desperate need.
This collaboration is a powerful reminder that when service clubs unite, the impact is not only immediate — it is meaningful, far-reaching, and deeply human.
