United for Eden: Soles for Souls Part 3

Projects

Following the success of our previous Soles for Souls projects at Breeriver High School in May and Esselenpark Secondary School in September, we are thrilled to share the latest chapter in this inspiring journey. On this occasion, the Rotary Club of Worcester, in proud partnership with the Breede Valley Municipality, Lions Club of Worcester, and the Rotary Club of Swellendam, brought the initiative to the learners of Eden Training Centre in Worcester.

What made this third instalment even more special was the addition of Worcester Ladies Circle and Worcester Round Table 68 to the collaboration. Their generous contributions included bean bags for comfort and stationery packs to support learning—adding a thoughtful touch to the day’s giving.

In total, 25 children received shoes, school supplies, and a heartful reminder that they are seen, valued, and supported by a caring community.

We are deeply grateful to each partner who played a role in making this event possible. Together, we are not just giving items—we are giving dignity, hope, and the joy of knowing that kindness is alive and well in our valley.

💙 Here’s to unity, service, and the power of collective goodwill.
